Turning on CNC lathes | CNC machining

Our main activity is the production of precise engineering components. These are mainly rotary parts such as pistons, spindles, flanges, pins, shafts, nozzles, etc.

We have got single-spindle and multi-spindle CNC turret lathes with driven tools and a CNC swiss-type automatic machine for turning. The machines are equipped with automatic bar loaders. We also have a conventional SV18 lathe and MN80A watch lathes.

  • machining diameter Ø 3 ÷ 65 mm from bars
  • machining diameter Ø 65 ÷ 200 mm for flanges
  • machining length cca 250 mm
  • production quantity 10 pcs ÷ 20 000 pcs/month
  • machined materials: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass, Al and plastic
  • we are also able to machine tool steel and hastelloy

We also have the following technologies: grinding (plain, round, centerless), threads rolling, CNC milling, sandblasting, soldering and welding.
